Account Data

When you create an account, we receive your name, email address, and profile information from your authentication provider (Google or GitHub via Clerk).

Usage Data

We log job requests (operation type, image dimensions, timestamps) for billing and service improvement. We do not store the content of your images beyond the processing window.

Payment Data

Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction IDs and plan details from Stripe for billing records.

Technical / Log Data

We collect IP addresses, browser type, and request metadata for security, rate limiting, and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the image processing service.
• To manage your account, credits, and billing.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts).
• To improve service quality and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management.
• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Modal — GPU infrastructure for AI inference (images are processed in memory and not persisted on Modal servers).

6. Data Retention

• Uploaded images: Deleted automatically within 24 hours of processing.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Billing records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax regulations.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Port your data to another service.
